The anniversary forum for business and corporate event organisers, MICE Excellence Forum 5.0: ‘Time to Integrate Intelligence’, was even brighter, bigger and more emotional than previous editions.

We are especially proud to say this because Avantage Project has been MEF’s official event operator for three years. It is one of the most interesting projects, with a deep concept and unconventional challenges. This year the forum brought together:

More than 70 speakers and experts

More than 500 event clients

The programme included strong practical sessions led by market leaders, clear and useful tools, honest dialogue, forecasts and ideas ready to put into practice.

Networking worked at full capacity: dedicated conversation areas, reunions with old friends, new contacts, and discussions of projects and plans for 2026.

It was exactly the atmosphere we come to MICE for: professional, warm and very lively.
